Our Roots

Started by two brothers over 20 years ago, Jensen Gardens has steadily grown into a well-established tree farm and landscape company, offering design, building, and maintenance services throughout Eastern Nebraska and Western Iowa. From initial landscape consultation to seasonal clean ups, our unparalleled team of dedicated professionals will guide your project from concept through transformation, bringing beautiful, inspired designs and providing exceptional value to your outdoor environment.

While we’re still a family-run business, our company now has a combined 110 years of experience with over 60 employees, including four full-time designers on staff. Our expertise and services cover landscape construction, grounds maintenance, and snow removal. We design and build projects that can fit to almost any budget, from $500 touch-up projects to $1,000,000+ outdoor sanctuaries.

Landscaping Omaha is our passion! We have expertise in all aspects of residential and commercial landscaping including water features, fire pits, and landscape lighting. We also offer the Metro’s most comprehensive commercial turf maintenance, snow and ice control, and an on-site nursery with certified Arborists.

Every employee is drug-screened, background-checked and uniformed. Our designers are either Nebraska Certified Nurserymen, Licensed Arborists, or NCMA/ICPI Retaining Wall and Paver Certified. We have an extensive list of references for every type of project, and we will always be happy to provide you with their contact information before you commit to working with us. Our extensive experience and training guarantees you the highest quality of workmanship.

We Deliver Inspired Designs

For 20+ years, Jensen Gardens has specialized in creating custom landscape designs uniquely tailored to our clients’ style, home and micro climate. While we source many of our plants from our 22 acre nursery in Springfield, if your design calls for something we don’t have, we have a vast network of Midwest growers that we can source plant material from so your vision is never limited by what we have in stock.

By utilizing the years of experience, we can assist you in developing your landscape construction budget. Our project management team will help you identify any issues or items that could jeopardize your budgets and offer solutions to avoid budget overruns. We can even work with an existing design or design team if your budget and schedule requires.
